STMPs
Special Traffic Management Programs (STMPs) are implemented at regional airports expecting high traffic volume during special events or high seasonal activity (i.e., ski season). The FAA developed this program to stagger flight traffic in order to manage the flow of arrivals and departures. 

The 2007-2008 ski season STMPs are anticipated for the following U.S. airports:

(TEX) Telluride Regional Airport - Telluride, CO 
(ASE) Aspen-Pitkin County Airport/Sardy Field - Aspen, CO
(EGE) Eagle County Regional Airport - Eagle, CO
(JAC) Jackson Hole Airport - Jackson Hole, WY
(SUN) Hailey/ Friedman Memorial Airport - Hailey ID
